Bagley / Begley
The names Begley and Bagley in Ireland are derived from the native Gaelic O'Beaglaoich Sept that is taken from words that translate as 'little hero'. The original settlement was in County Donegal but the Sept migrated to County Kerry where the majority of descendants can still today be found.
