Coveney / Coventry

Origen: Normando. Encontrados primero en Warwickshire donde ellos fueron sentados de tiempos muy antiguos, algunos dicen bien antes la conquista de los normandos y la llegada del Duque William a Hastings en 1066 dC. The Coveney name dates back to when the Anglo-Saxon tribes ruled over Britain. The name Coveney was originally derived from the family having lived in the city of Coventry in the county of Warwick. First found in Warwickshire where they were seated from very ancient times, some say well before the Norman Conquest and the arrival of Duke William at Hastings in 1066 A.D.
