Mobley / Moberley / Moberly

The name Mobley in Ireland is usually of immigrant origin having been introduced into the Province of Ulster by settlers who arrived from England, especially during the seventeenth century. Variants include Moberley and Moberly, the latter of which is the name of a town in Chester in England from where these names are derived.
