Porter / Portter
Origen: Escocés. The names Portor and Porter in Ireland are of Anglo origin having been introduced into the country by settlers as early as the twelfth century. Most of the settlers however, arrived into the Province of Ulster in the seventeenth century and it is here that the majority of descendants can still be found.
Variantes: Porter, Pawter, Poreter, Portar, y otros.
